What Church are you?
ABOUT THE CHURCH… We believe that to try to build a “new” church is vanity. There can always only be one Church. The original and only church was established as recorded in the Book of Acts, chapter two. The people of this “church” were not a part of any label except solely by the results they demonstrated by their faith. They were simply known as “believers” and followers of the “new way.” Like them we are “INNER-DEPENDENT.”
A congregation is two or more believers who come together on one accord to prove God—by faith. As they do so… they give themselves a name in the one Church. There are innumerable congregations that are added to the one Church daily. There are many large buildings where great numbers of people congregate in places called a Church. The Book of Acts clarifies that IT IS THE PEOPLE THAT IS THE CHURCH... not the building.

Are you Religious Science or Christian Science?
WE ARE NOT... Christian Science, Science of Mind, Religious Science, Scientology, etc. nor any other traditional religion or faith. We believe there is one Truth and many forms of expressions of that one. We use the concepts of “A Course In Miracles” as a tool for clarification of the spiritual laws of the Holy Bible and other spiritual world Books. We also embrace the practical and clear teachings of New Thought teachings, particularly Religious Science.
WE DO NOT DEBATE OR OPPOSE... We respect and recognize each individual’s call to his own path—to his own realization of Truth and awareness of his union with God. We believe that all paths merge into the One path—and that everyone will eventually find and follow his own path—in his own time.

What do you believe about God?
ABOUT GOD WE BELIEVE… that God is Love. God is first Cause—and as Spirit is the Creative Energy that is the cause behind everything that is. God is in all that we can see and in things and situations we cannot see.
ABOUT THE PERSONAL AND IMPERSONALITY OF GOD….
We believe that as Divine Intelligence, God is able to make Itself into Himself, Herself, and all things personal and impersonal—and things seen and unseen. We leave arguments about what God is and who God is…. totally up to those who think it is important to do so. We do not.
GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS… We believe that God created different races and cultures of people and then made Himself equally available to all—no matter what their faith or circumstances of life.

What do you believe about Jesus?
We believe that God so loved all his creations (children) that he dipped down in one part of the world and revealed Himself as a man and way shower to a people and called Himself Jesus; that He again dipped down in another part of the world and revealed Himself as a man and way shower to a people and called Himself Muhammad; that He once again dipped down in another part of the world and revealed Himself as a man and way shower to a people and called Himself the Buddha. We believe that each teacher had a Divine mission and destiny and that each fulfilled that mission and destiny perfectly according to God’s purpose for their life.

What do you believe about the Bible and Philosophy?
ABOUT THE BIBLE and PHILOSOPHY… we use the Bible as a wonderful spiritual book for healing, enlightenment, inspiration or whatever the need.
About Philosophy… we believe no Truth is ever written that is not already in the Bible. All philosophy is distilled Truth from the Bible and other sources—including direct inspiration from God through many individuals. Philosophy is a practical set of principles that can be used to take charge of your life… and when applied is a way of life.
Philosophy works for some people... not for everyone.
There is nothing wrong with Philosophy. What is wrong is when someone relies on Philosophy and it doesn’t work… and they become too stubborn to return to the Book from which nearly all Philosophy is rooted. When they do... the Author of the Book (Bible) meets them and reveals to them the Truth that is already written in their hearts. The words of the Bible activate and release Truth that is written in everybody’s heart (mind).

What do you believe about the Holy Spirit?
About the Holy Spirit… we believe that the mission of Jesus is still active in the life of everyone who believes—that his Spirit is alive and that it is dynamically active through them as the Holy Spirit—which is the Voice for God in man.

What do you believe about the Christ?
About the Christ… we do not believe that Christ is the last name of Jesus, but that it is a title that anyone can put on—to the degree that he allows his human to give way to the Divine. Jesus completely laid aside his human garment (in consciousness) and put on more of the Christ than any man ever recorded. He was also able to be seen after physical death—in the body at will. There is no record of any other human doing this after the evidence of death of the body—besides Jesus.
We believe that today—Jesus manifests Himself as the Spirit of Truth in anyone who believes that he can and welcomes him. This Spirit of Truth is not a personality. It is Divine Wisdom—that is inspired by an elder brother who has led the way and is available to help anyone who asks.
This Truth is the Christ—that was available to anyone—long before Jesus appeared in the world. The Christ is a Principle. Jesus took the Christ and transformed it into a set of practical Divine Principles— that anyone can use as Jesus did—to rule their mind—thereby having the power to change conditions in their life and govern their life to experience whatever good—or evil they choose for their life.
We believe that a Christian—is simply one who yields the control of his life to the power of God—so that the Christ Principle can show up and show out in his life—exactly as it did through Jesus.

What do you believe about the devil, evil and sin?
We do not believe in an actual entity called the devil—that is real. We do believe that anyone has the ability to create the illusion of such a thing. But this illusion is simply their own energy as a thought force—that manifests in the direction of their intention.
About evil? We believe that it is possible to consciously misuse Creative Mind. The results of choice are always negative or positive depending upon the intention of every thought. The Law that produces the results is innocent—but when the Law is consciously misused—the results can be harmful and dangerous. We believe that any conscious misuse of the law—is what evil is.
About sin? The Bible teaches that “sin” is the breaking of God’s Divine Laws. But that is only part of the meaning of sin as explained in the Old Testament. Jesus brings forth a new principle of “sin” in the New Testament and explains that it is a condition of man’s heart… which means his mind. Sin is a state of mind... a belief that error is real. Sin is the belief that we are punished for our mistakes… rather than by our mistakes. The two are not the same.

What do you believe about Adam and Eve?
We believe that the story of Adam and Eve… is an allegory and that it is a wonderful standard to guide the human experience. Every detail of the story together—illustrates a powerful psychological drama of mind action—of humanity in general. This story teaches the origin of “sin”–which is the belief that it is possible to be separated from God. The allegory teaches that to believe you have choices is an illusion. This is a complex idea—that ultimately teaches that man only need to make one choice…and that is the choice for God. All else is superfluous—and is the cause of every problem man experiences from the cradle to the grave.

What do you believe about prayer and meditation?
WE TAKE CONTROL OF OUR OWN LIVES... We believe that by harnessing and directing the energy of our thought processes—through the effective tools of MEDITATION, AFFIRMATIONS, and the SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT (PRAYER)—we can take control of our own lives.

What do you believe about miracles and healing?
We believe and practice the teachings of Jesus, “It is done unto you as you believe.” We believe in the gift of physicians, medicine, etc. However we understand that sickness, disease and problems do not originate in the body, but that problems in the body represent a dis-eased mind. To the degree that the Creative Mind becomes “at-ease”, then “dis-ease” will disappear. The inner healing of the mind (the healing of your perception)—is what a miracle is… and the outer change is called a cure or healing.

What do you believe about laying on of hands?
We believe in it because the Bible teaches it. I believe it because I have seen it work for others. I also believe in it because it has worked for others through me. So what someone else says who does not believe… is based on their experience or lack of experience. I believe that it matters only to those for whom it matters. For those who do not believe, it won’t work for them. For those who do, it can work for them.
This is simple spiritual law. “It is done unto you as you believe.”
Jesus placed clay on the blind man’s eyes and he was healed. There was no healing power in the clay. Jesus ministered to the man at his own level of consciousness or understanding. The man’s ability to see was important to Jesus than a childish religious or philosophical debate.
